The Foundation is made up of a working Board of Directors who volunteer their time to operate the day-to-day business of the organization. No renumeration is provided to directors.
The Roots of Change Foundation prides itself on being an open and transparent organization. We encourage donors to keep themselves informed on how their donated dollar is being used.
